Meet Dr. Sarah Aridy

Qualifications & Training

Dr. Sarah Aridy, MD earned her medical degree from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and trained with leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists in Turkey and Lebanon. She holds a Canadian Board Certification in Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine and practices both in-clinic, where she delivers refined yet natural outcomes, and via online skin analysis consultations, fostering trusting relationships with her international patients.

Our skin’s appearance can affect our confidence more than we’d like to admit. That’s why I chose to pursue aesthetics. Many of my patients have felt this and they’re not alone, but I think it’s time to reframe beauty. Each person’s skin is different, and those differences aren’t flaws, they’re individuality.

Instead of chasing perfection, I guide my patients to vibrant skin by helping them understand and respond to their skin’s unique needs. ​Throughout my work in the clinic, I use cosmetic treatments with intention, careful to keep patients looking true to themselves. I also run webinars for professionals where I cover the latest knowledge in the field, so patients are given medically safe and effective care, no matter who they choose to trust.

As a mother and board-certified doctor, I’m dedicated to playing my part in ensuring beauty standards stay honest. The next generations should grow up with realistic expectations when building their self-esteem.
